The following terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the website and the software and services that we provide you (the "Service"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement (the "Agreement") between an individual user ("You") and Super VPN Team. All internet users who use this service, related services, and features are referred to as our "Users".

Please carefully read all the terms and conditions of the Super VPN Team. By clicking to install Super VPN Team software, you agree to all the terms and conditions of the service. If you do not agree, you can cancel the installation and must destroy, return, or delete all copies of Super VPN Team software in your possession.

The Following Terms Apply to Super VPN Users:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using and/or visiting our service (collectively, including but not limited to all services, applications, and web pages), the User agrees to the terms and conditions provided herein and the terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy, Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") policy, and all future amendments and modifications.

2. Service Purpose

Super VPN is NOT a service for the commission of criminal acts. It is an anonymity and privacy service. You agree not to violate any laws of any jurisdiction you are originating from or terminating into.

3. User Responsibilities

• Protect your user ID/password and our system from unauthorized use.
• You are responsible for all actions that occur on our servers where the login uses your user ID/password.
• You agree not to use the system for sending spam, port scanning, scanning for open proxies or open relays, sending opt-in email, unsolicited email, or any type or version of email sent in large quantities, even if the email is ultimately sent off another server.
• You agree not to launch any pop-ups from our service.
• You agree not to attack in any way shape or form any other computer or network while on our service.

4. Service Availability and Limitations

• Actual service coverage, speeds, locations, and quality may vary.
• The Service will attempt to be available at all times except for limited periods for maintenance and repair.
• The Service may be subject to unavailability for various factors beyond our control, including emergencies, third-party service failures, transmission, equipment or network problems or limitations, interference, signal strength, and may be interrupted, refused, limited, or curtailed.
• We are not responsible for data, messages, or pages lost, not delivered, delayed, or misdirected because of interruptions or performance issues with the Service or communications services or networks (e.g., T-1 lines or the Internet).
• We may impose usage or Service limits, suspend Service, or block certain kinds of usage at our sole discretion to protect users or the Service.
• Network speed is an estimate and does not indicate the speed at which you or the Service sends or receives data. Actual network speed will vary based on configuration, compression, network congestion, and other factors.
• The accuracy and timeliness of data received are not guaranteed; delays or omissions may occur.

5. Logging and Privacy

• We do not log any user activity (sites visited, DNS lookups, emails, etc.).
• We only log access attempts to our servers (for security and troubleshooting).
• We do not get involved in any form of censorship.
• We do not give your info to any third parties.
• We do not cooperate with any requests for information unless ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction.
• We will protect you to the maximum, and our system is set up to automatically do so.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Hacking, cracking, distribution of viruses, fraudulent activities, network sabotage, phishing, and/or any conduct deemed illegal or unwanted shall be subject to suspension or termination.
• Users are responsible for the proper secure configuration of their services and are responsible for any damages caused by their neglect or exposure to vulnerabilities, whether intentional or unintentional.

7. Fair Usage Policy

• We do not put any cap on bandwidth or data usage per user. However, the use of the service is subject to fair usage.
• Creating automated or manual VPN sessions in a manner that would impersonate a bot, exerting excessive load on the network that may disturb other users, or utilizing substantially excessive bandwidth that exceeds the average user bandwidth usage for an extended duration, are all considered unfair usage of the network.
• We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate users found involved in unfair usage of its services.

8. Install and Updates

We have the right to install certificates and future updates at any time without any notice.

9. Third Parties

• By using Super VPN, you acknowledge and consent that Super VPN may advertise within the App, as a separate webpage in your browser, or in any manner we find suitable.
• We may use third-party advertising services with their terms and conditions.
• By using Super VPN, you agree with the terms and conditions of those third-party services and acknowledge and adhere to that Super VPN shall not take any responsibility nor liability for the contents shown on their behalf.
• Using any tools, including any software or scripts, that may prevent Super VPN from displaying advertisements may be considered a violation of this agreement, and we may terminate your account under the Termination section of this agreement.
• You may access and use advertised materials solely at your own risk.

10. Premium Services

• Super VPN may provide its users with the means to purchase paid services ("Premium Service") with designed features and options. These features and options will be shown before the purchase process and may be subject to change afterward accordingly.
• The user embraces this agreement by purchasing the product and shall not violate any of its provisions.
• The user has the right to cancel the premium services.
• Premium users may enjoy the "no ads" policy, better quality services, the ability to choose server locations, use purchased services on unlimited devices, and premium support.

11. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Sorry, we don’t offer refunds. Many issues can contribute to sub-optimal performance (ISP, location, censorship, settings, etc).
• The Super VPN team goes to exceptional lengths to satisfy users who experience sub-optimal performance or the occasional outage. However, Super VPN does not offer financial reimbursement due to these issues.

12. Ownership

The Super VPN and service are owned by the Super VPN Team. All the visual interfaces, information, servers, products, software, graphic materials, and all other elements of the service are owned by the Super VPN Team.

13. Changes to this Agreement

Super VPN Users understand that the present Terms of Use are subject to changes made by the Super VPN Team at any time at its sole discretion, and you agree to be bound by any modifications, changes, and/or revisions. You understand that you must periodically review this webpage to account for any changes made, as they will be binding upon assent.

The terms and conditions herein apply to all users of Super VPN, and you are only authorized to use Super VPN if you agree to abide by all applicable federal and state laws and be legally bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
